Lets get aquainted…

Aside from being patient and cool headed, I have inherited my grandfather's need to walk to get perspective. Getting out and just following the road and taking twist and turns, up one road down the other in a near by subdivision clears my mind when things seem fuzzy and too bleary to decipher. During walks there are things to see and notice that are too trivial to bother with in a normal fast paced day.

I recall a story of photographer talking to a random passer-by on a street just to share the beauty of a particular scenery. The passer-by was amazed and said she's passed by the street for 15 years and never knew the beauty that can be seen. Our surroundings have changed wherever we are in the world but things of simple beauty still exist…we just have to take silent walks to be reacquainted with them.
